The continued achievement reflects the trust and confidence of the employees, with 99% participation and an impressive 89% overall satisfaction score. The latest survey results demonstrate significant growth from ATOM’s 2024-2025 Great Place to Work® recognition, where 98% employee participation generated an 85% satisfaction score. Building on this initial recognition, ATOM achieved a significant increase in participation and a 4% jump in satisfaction score for 2025-2026. This sustained growth highlights ATOM’s positive and consistent organizational values that empower employees to feel trusted, motivated, and engaged.
