TAP Program

As a Trainee, you'll embark on a year journey of combined work and study with ATOM. You'll join us as a full-time employee while you study for a year.

During the training, you will meet ATOM’s proficiently experienced colleagues and have the chance to closely learn from them while working on assignments and projects within a team or individually.

You will be able to showcase your progress and work through quarterly presentations. Before completion, there will be a final evaluation where successful trainees will be provided with a certificate of completion. Outstanding trainees will have a chance to become full-time employees at ATOM.
