Call forwarding is a service that routes incoming call to another number chosen by you
Go to 'Settings' or 'Call settings'>> Tap on 'Call forwarding'>> You will see multiple options, including: ...>> After choosing one of the listed options, go ahead and set the forwarding number>> Select 'Enable', 'Turn on', or 'OK'
Both of A number (caller number) and B number which is using call forward service will be charged with normal rate.
ATOM doesn’t have default call forward number.
Active call waiting
Go to 'Settings' or 'Call settings'>> Tap on 'Call waiting'>> Select 'Enable', 'Turn on', or 'OK' (OR) entering the universal code *43# and confirming (YES, or OK)
Deactive call waiting
Go to 'Settings' or 'Call settings'>> Tap on 'Call waiting'>> Select 'disable' or 'Turn Off' (OR) entering the universal code #43# and confirming (YES, or OK)
When you have an incoming call during a conversation, you are notified of this with a beep. By pressing the green handset button (OK, YES, etc. depending on the handset model) the ongoing conversation is placed on hold, and the incoming call is answered

Conference Call service gives you the possibility to communicate with several participants at the same time.
- Make first call.
- Place the current call on hold and make second call.
- Select the conference call option on your mobile phone. Now you can hold a conversation between the three of you.
- To add another person to the conversation, place your current call on hold and make a third call.
Go to Settings>>Tap Mobile networks>>Tap Access Point Names>>Tap the Menu button>>Tap New APN>>Tap the Name field>>Enter Internet, then tap OK.

You will automatically be latched onto ATOM 4G network in areas where there is coverage. You will require a 4G-enabled handset which supports 2100 MHz frequency band and a ATOM USIM.
To check if your handset and SIM card are compatible with 4G, you can dial *444# or send an SMS “Check4G” to 500. You will receive an SMS with information on whether your handset is compatible with 4G.
