5. ATOM Customers are eligible to participate in Lucky Draw program based on purchase of ATOM’s limited packages (“Eligible Customer”) through ATOM store application. The eligible customers who can access ATOM store application will be offered one free Game Play Chances as daily basis. Each free Game Play Chance will be valid for 30 days from the date it is offered. All Eligible Customers will be offered Game Play Chances based on the successful ATOM package purchased during the Lucky Draw Period (“Game Play Chances”).  The number of Game Play Chances per package is as follows:

• 199 Ks – 1 Game Play Chance
• 499 Ks – 3 Game Play Chances
• 999 Ks – 6 Game Play Chances
•  1,999 Ks – 12 Game Play Chances       

6. The eligible customers can purchase Game Play Chances (“Paid chance”) with the above-mentioned specific price from their main balance. No compensation will be offered for the Paid chance that expires at the end of Lucky Draw campaign. ATOM shall be entitled to change the number of Game Play Chances and the fees of Paid Chance at any time without prior notice before the end of Lucky Draw period. 

7. Customers can participate in the Lucky Draw campaign by purchasing the "Game Play Chance" package offered within the ATOM Store application ("ATOM Store"). These Game Play Chances will remain valid for use for a period of 30 days within Lucky Draw period from the date of package purchase. 

8. Game Play Chances that are offered in accordance with section 5 of these T&C will be valid until the end of the Lucky Draw campaign. No compensation will be offered for Game Play Chance that expires. Each Game Play Chance right to do one chance to play the Toh Toh United Lucky Draw and get the instant prizes (“Game Play Chances to play the game”) in the “ATOM Store” app.

9. Eligible Customers will have to follow the Lucky Draw Game Rules to play the Toh Toh United Lucky Draw Game since they have participated in this Lucky Draw (“Game Player”). Details of Lucky Draw Game rules are as follows:

1. There are three levels in the Lucky Draw Game:
   •  Level 1: Juggle Master
   •  Level 2: Goal StrikeLevel
   • 3: Buddy Play
2. In the game, the Game Player can juggle a football, choose a direction (left or right), take a shot at the goal, which is defended by the opposing goalkeeper, engage in a two-player challenge mode, either by playing against a bot or inviting an online player.
3. If the Game Player fails a game level, they must use one Game Play Chance from their balance of Game Play Chances to restart the current level and attempt to progress to the next one (or) they can buy in-game booster feature with 99 Kyats from their main balance to continue the current game from the failure place only. Additionally, Game Players can unlock the game step with specified amount defined for each level.
4. Game Players can use 1 Game Play Chances to complete all three levels. They can invite other ATOM users to challenge them at the buddy play, and they can also accept challenges from others by sharing their game code.

10. The Game Player can have the instant rewards if they win each game level.  The lists of Instant Rewards are as follows:
Instant Reward

• Cash back
• Free Internet Data (MB)
• Loyalty Points

11. The winners of cashback, free data internet winner, loyalty points (“Telco Prizes”) will obtain these prizes as a direct credit to their internet, cash back and points balance as soon as practicable after winning the Lucky Draw game. The Telco Prizes will have 3 days validity. 

12. Lucky Draw for Telco Prizes are subject to a limited number of prizes per day – as discretionary set by ATOM.  ATOM will not have any liability or responsibility towards Game Player playing the game after the daily allocation of Instant Prizes are given away.  Instant prizes will expire within 3 days after the game players receiving such prizes. 

13. Game Player who can pass all game levels (complete 3 levels) will have two options to earn the tickets to draw monthly prizes, grand prizes or collect Telco Instant Prizes. Game Player who chooses the ticket can claim either monthly prizes or grand prizes (“Tickets”). The monthly lucky draw will be based on how many monthly Tickets that the Game Player has in each month (the more tickets you have, the higher chances to win the monthly lucky draw) (“Monthly Prizes”). Monthly Prizes will be drawn after every month end. List of Monthly Prizes are as below:

• 10 numbers of Samsung Sport Watch

14. The grand lucky draw will be based on how many Tickets that the Game Player has at the end of the campaign (the more tickets you have, the higher chances to win the lucky draw) (“Grand Prizes). Grand Prizes will be drawn at the end of the campaign. List of Grand Prizes are as below:

• 3 numbers of Gold Bar (one tical each)

15. The available lucky Tickets can be seen in the game UI. ATOM also assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage or expenses arising in connection with the Lucky Draw, howsoever arising, including without limitation, from any late or non-notification, any error in computing, technical hardware or software breakdown, malfunctions or defects, failed, delayed or incorrect transactions, or lost or unavailable network connections, or any notice that is lost or misdirected and any situation which is beyond the control of ATOM which may affect any customer’s eligibility for the Lucky Draw.

16. A Game Player who plays the game, regardless of whether they pass or fail the level, will earn instant telco prizes. Players can purchase jerseys, footballs, and backgrounds at any time to change them. However, changing these accessories will not affect the speed or performance of their gameplay. Players may change their game character name one time at no cost. Any additional name changes thereafter will be subject to a fee as outlined in the game’s pricing policy.  These accessories are eligible for use 30 days from the date of purchase.

17. The Grand Prize Winners will be determined after the Lucky Draw Period has ended, through a dedicated computer-generated drawing process based on the number of grand prizes tickets earned by each eligible Customer. Therefore, the more lucky Tickets a customer participate in the Lucky Draw have, the better chance the customer will have to win the prizes. ATOM will try to contact each of the Monthly Prizes and Grand Prize winners for three times within a day after drawing is made, in a way that ATOM deems fit. Prizes assigned to any winner who ATOM is not able to reach within period pre-determined by ATOM, or prizes assigned to winners who fail to comply with any instructions specified by ATOM, shall be forfeited by the winner and shall be retained by ATOM and disposed of at ATOM`s sole discretion.

18. Nobody shall transfer any lucky changes and/or prizes with money value. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered by ATOM (or) Partner. Where prizes contain a specific date during which the prize should be accepted or utilized, no requests for extensions or replacements whatsoever will be entertained. 

19. By participating in ATOM’s Lucky Draw, customers agree and permit ATOM, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and without limitation, the customers’ name, picture, image and statements about ATOM’s Lucky Draw and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent to the furthest extent possible under law.

20. ATOM reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize if the circumstances beyond ATOM’s control make it necessary to do so. ATOM will not have any responsibility for warranty, condition for the winning prizes.

21. ATOM is not liable for the loss, damage, validity of stock for prizes and prizes that are undelivered due to incorrect or changed address or other contact information. ATOM will not take any responsibility when the prizes are impossible to deliver for the condition of beyond ATOM’s reasonable control or impossible to collect by the winner. ATOM shall be entitled to reuse these prizes for other winners or other campaigns with their own discretion.

22. The decision of ATOM regarding any aspect of the Lucky Draw is final and binding.

23. ATOM reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions and the person who cannot provide or refuse to provide the required information/ document as ATOM’s think fit and necessary.

24. ATOM reserves the right to refuse to provide any prizes to winners that are not legally permitted to own or operate such prizes. In the event of any such refusal as outlined in this section, ATOM shall have the full discretion to withdraw the prize and make use of such prizes as ATOM deems fit. The winner shall agree the way/process to receive the prizes that proposed by ATOM. ATOM also reserves the right of refusing to provide the prizes to the winner who disagree the convenience way/process to receive the prizes that proposed by ATOM.

25. The Lucky Draw and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Union of Myanmar and all Participants (including the Winners) are deemed to have agreed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Myanmar Courts.

26. In the event of inconsistencies or discrepancy between the English and Myanmar version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
