6. Prize Validity: The telco prizes (e.g., data, voice, ATOM STAR Points) will have a specified validity period. This validity period will be clearly communicated to the user, typically via an SMS notification upon the prize being credited to their account. Prizes not utilized within their validity period will expire automatically.
7. The winners of data, voice, ATOM STAR Points (“Telco Prizes”) will obtain these prizes as a direct credit to their internet, voice and points balance as soon as practicable after winning the SPIN & WIN game. The Telco Prizes will have allowed validity and can only be used for ATOM-to-ATOM communication. Telco Prizes are non-transferable.
8. Winners of the ATOM Myanmar Spin & Win (Christmas & New Year) campaign will be notified of their specific prize name directly within the prize-winning SMS notification. Upon receipt of the prize-winning SMS, winners will be contacted by the ATOM Myanmar Call Center via phone number 09-750097500 within three (3) business days. ATOM Myanmar will make up to three (3) call attempts to reach each winner. ATOM Myanmar reserves the right to make a final decision regarding prize eligibility if: The winner fails to answer the calls within the designated timeframe; the winner is unreachable; or the winner answers the call but fails to provide necessary information, refuses to verify the prize, or declines the inquiry. ATOM Myanmar reserves the sole right to amend, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the terms and conditions, as well as the prize distribution rules, at any time without prior notice. The decision of ATOM Myanmar shall be final and binding in all matters.
9. Winners of the Spin & Win (Christmas & New Year) campaign agree to provide ATOM with all necessary documents and personal information required for prize redemption. This includes, but is not limited to, the winner’s full name, National Registration Card (NRC), and current residential address. Prizes won through the Spin & Win (Christmas & New Year) campaign are non-transferable. ATOM will not deliver or transfer prizes to any alternative mobile number nominated by the winner; prizes are strictly associated with the winning ATOM mobile number only. Once all required information has been verified and accepted by ATOM, the prize will be dispatched according to the confirmed details. Delivery shall be completed within fourteen (14) business days following the successful verification process.
10. Limitation of Liability ATOM Myanmar shall not be held liable for the failure to deliver prizes due to incorrect, incomplete, or changed delivery addresses, or any other insufficient information provided by the winner. Furthermore, ATOM Myanmar assumes no responsibility for prizes that are lost or damaged during transit, or for the unavailability of stock. Unclaimable Prizes In instances where prize delivery is hindered by circumstances beyond ATOM Myanmar’s reasonable control, or if a winner is unable to collect their prize from the designated ATOM Myanmar office, the company reserves the right to handle the prize at its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, re-awarding the prize to another winner or utilizing it in future promotional programs. ATOM Myanmar will not have any responsible for warranty, condition for the winning prizes.
11. ATOM also assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage or expenses arising in connection with the Lucky Draw, howsoever arising, including without limitation, from any late or non-notification, any error in computing, technical hardware or software breakdown, malfunctions or defects, failed, delayed or incorrect transactions, or lost or unavailable network connections, or any notice that is lost or misdirected and any situation which is beyond the control of ATOM which may affect any customer’s eligibility for the Lucky Draw.
12. Nobody shall transfer any lucky changes and/or prizes with money value. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered by ATOM (or) Partner. Where prizes contain a specific date during which the prize should be accepted or utilized, no requests for extensions or replacements or cash alternative whatsoever will be entertained.
13. By participating in the Campaign, the user consents to the Company collecting, using, and processing personal data, including the user's mobile number, purchase history, and information related to their participation, solely for the purposes of administering the Campaign, awarding prizes, and communication related to the prizes.
14. The decision of ATOM regarding any aspect of the SPIN & WIN is final and binding.
15. The SPIN & WIN and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Union of Myanmar, and all Participants (including the Winners) are deemed to have agreed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Myanmar Courts.
