• All ATOM Commercial Prepaid Customer are eligible for this promotion.    
• These offers are available only during the campaign period from 12th January 2026 to 25th January 2026.
• Every customer who redeems points for special rewards will have a chance to enter the lucky draw to win – STAR City Sport Club Premium credit membership (“Prize).
• The lucky draw winner will be announced within February 2026.
• In this Campaign, Employees of ATOM Myanmar Limited (“ATOM Myanmar”), its agents, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the lucky draw for a chance to win a Prize. ATOM Myanmar shall have the sole discretionary power to determine the eligibility of any participants in this Campaign, during any stage of the Campaign. 
• ATOM Myanmar will randomly select the winner at the end of the campaign. ATOM Myanmar Call Center will contact the selected winners after the campaign period. If a winner does not answer the call after three attempts in a single day, ATOM Myanmar reserves the right to re-select another winner. Winners must agree to provide their NRIC number, Name and address to deliver the prize. In case of any matter such as loss, damage the prize, ATOM Myanmar shall not have any liability for such loss or damage, while delivery process. 
  • Reward Terms and Conditions
    • The reward is STAR City Sport Club Premium Credit Membership (20 sessions).
    • The 20 sessions shall be used within three (3) months starting from the member’s registration date.
    • Winners must complete the membership registration within one (1) month from the lucky draw announcement date.
    • Unused sessions after the validity period will be forfeited and cannot be extended, refunded, or exchanged.
    • The reward is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
    • Usage of the membership is subject to STAR City Sport Club’s rules and regulations.
• ATOM shall not offer or exchange of any properties/ any cash alternative, including pecuniary, instead of the Prize.
• ATOM reserves the right to amend or terminate the reward terms and conditions without prior notice. 
• The winners from the initial draw will not be eligible for participation in subsequent draws.
• Winners, who are not able to attend personally to obtain the prize at the respective ATOM Office and he/ she can delegate a representative by providing their valid NRIC and name to the ATOM Myanmar Call Center before the reward is delivered. The winner is required to notify ATOM in advance with a representative appointment letter. ATOM will not be responsible for any issues between the winner and the appointed representative. Such appointed or authorized representatives must provide their Original NRIC and the facts contained in NRIC shall be in line with the facts contained in authorization letter when they are receiving the respective prizes on behalf of the winners.  ATOM Myanmar has the right to deny any winners for offer of prize, who are not provide the sufficient information and documents to ATOM Myanmar.
• The winners who are under (18 - Eighteen Years Old), the winning prize shall be collected with their parents or guardians in the census or household registration list.
• By participating in this campaign, the winner or its appointed representatives shall allow and grant ATOM Myanmar the right to upload and broadcast any part or whole of the winner or its appointed representative’s voice, video recording, photo, and the last three digits of the winner’s mobile number on social media and/or any other media platforms.
• In the event of inconsistencies or discrepancy between the English and Myanmar version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
• The winner or its appointed representatives will be received the prize within (21) days, after the confirmation date of prize, from the ATOM Myanmar Call Center. In case of the exceed of time limitation, ATOM Myanmar has no liability to award the prize. 
• ATOM Myanmar also assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage or expenses arising in connection with this Promotion, howsoever arising, including without limitation, from any late or non-notification, any error in computing, technical hardware or software breakdown, malfunctions or defects, failed, delayed or incorrect transactions, or lost or unavailable network connections, or any notice that is lost or misdirected and any situation which is beyond the control of ATOM Myanmar, which may affect any Winner’s eligibility for the Promotion. 
• To redeem the campaign offer, ATOM users need to have latest ATOM Store App. 
• To claim the offer, users need to use 10 ATOM STAR points.
• The number of redemptions is not limited by the user.
• The winners are not allowed any statement or writing that may damage the brand, trademark and reputation of ATOM Myanmar.
• In the event of any dispute regarding this promotion, ATOM Myanmar's decision will be final and conclusive. ATOM Myanmar reserves the right to deny or suspend the prize at its full discretion if deemed necessary.
