1. This program is intended for ATOM users to send messages of love and well wishes in celebration of Mother’s Day.
2. By providing their name, their mother’s name, and photos taken together with their mother, users are deemed to have consented to the use of such information for the purpose of sending the message card.
3. ATOM places great importance on the privacy of users’ personal data and will use such information strictly in accordance with these terms for this program only.
4. Users can purchase any preferred 528 Metta Package via the ATOM Store App or by dialing *528#, and then create a Metta Gift Card for their mother through the 528 Metta link. Alternatively, users can directly access https://528metta.atom.com.mm to create a Metta Gift Card.
5. Participants can join the program by sharing the created Gift Card on any preferred social media platform or by sending it directly to their mother.
6. By accessing https://528metta.atom.com.mm, users can easily create a 528 Metta Gift Card by entering their name, their mother’s name, uploading a photo with their mother, and writing heartfelt messages they have not yet expressed.
7. Participants must create and submit their Mother’s Day Gift Cards via the 528 Metta link between May 5 and May 10. Seven (7) winners will be randomly selected from among the participants.
8. Each of the seven (7) winners will receive a cash prize of MMK 5,280,000 to offer to their mothers.
9. The winners will be announced on May 10 on the ATOM Myanmar Facebook Page and ATOM Myanmar TikTok Page.
10. Winners must contact ATOM via the Facebook Page or TikTok Page Messenger/Inbox with their created Gift Card to claim their prizes.
11. The cash prize of MMK 5,280,000 will be awarded to winners within one month and cannot be exchanged for other rewards.
12. Winners must submit the required information via ATOM’s Facebook Page or TikTok Messenger/Inbox within one (1) month of the announcement. Winners who fail to respond within 30 days will be automatically disqualified.
13. Winners will be selected by ATOM, and in the event of any disputes, ATOM’s decision shall be final.
14. ATOM reserves the right to reuse participants’ names, their mother’s names, photos, and submitted messages for promotional and media purposes.
15. ATOM shall not be held responsible for any issues affecting the program due to technical errors from Facebook or other platforms.
