9)    Similarly, for every purchase of an ATOM package priced at 999 Kyats and above, you will receive one lucky draw ticket. The details of the number of tickets you can earn are as follows:

10)     Grand Prize 100 million Kyats for lucky winners during the special promotion campaign period (Note: One winner will be selected every month) 
Additional Benefits
•    ATOM Star Points – during the promotion period, every purchase of their preferred ATOM package worth 999 Kyats and above will earn an extra double Star Points.
•    Double Tickets – during the promotion period, at Angel Hour times (11:11, 1:11, 2:22, 3:33, 4:44, 5:55), purchasing an ATOM package worth 999 Kyats and above will earn double tickets.

Remark 
o    (Apart from the Grand Prizes of 100 million kyats in cash, ATOM Myanmar will not allow any other non-cash prizes to be exchanged for cash or other goods. Winners of lucky draws based on ATOM top-ups and any entitled lucky draw prizes winning will be responsible for any commercial taxes or other taxes required by law. ATOM shall not be liable to pay all kinds of applicable taxes relating to this Campaign, on behalf of the winners.
11)    For ATOM Commercial Prepaid Customers, ATOM Mobile Prepaid Customers and ATOM Broadband Customer in this Special Promotion Campaign, Top-ups and purchases of packages priced below 999 Kyats will not be eligible for the lucky draw program. All other benefits or bonuses and purchases are not eligible for this Special Promotion Campaign. Special promotions related to  ATOM Star (Lucky Monday, Winning Wednesday, Flexi Friday and Lucky9s Topup promotions) are exclusive  ATOM Star bonus points and will not be eligible for the extra (2x) Star points offered under this special promotion.
12)     During promotion period, ATOM will randomly select (1) lucky winner at Grand Draw event. Winners will be contacted by ATOM Call Center via phone number 09-750097500 during or after the live lucky draw session.
13)     ATOM will attempt to contact the Prize winners or any winners under this Special Promotion Campaign up to three times. If the relevant phone calls are not answered, not pick up the phone call or although the phone calls are received, winners are not answering or refuse to answer in relation to the Prizes, ATOM reserves the right to cancel the Prizes and select alternative winners. ATOM will conduct the Grand Prize Winner selection event and will be separately notified by ATOM through its official communication channels.
14)    ATOM Monthly Grand Prize Lucky Draw Event - The exact date and time of the event will be announced separately and in due course through ATOM’s official communication channels.
15)     ATOM reserves the right to amend the above selection dates at its sole discretion.  Grand Prize winners will be randomly selected by monthly from eligible participants during the Special Promotion Campaign period, and the selection process will be conducted transparently through a live session on the ATOM Facebook Page. Winners will be contacted by ATOM Call Center via phone number 09-750097500 during or after the live lucky draw session. 
16)     Winners under this Special Promotion Campaign must agree to provide the required documents and information such as their name, national registration number, and residential address to ATOM in order to claim their prizes. If the winner is under 18 years old, they must come with their legal guardian (or a parent listed on the family registry) to collect the prize. Winners of Grand Prize (except to ATOM Phone Bill) must attend to collect their prizes personally at the ATOM’ Head Office. ATOM reserves the right to reject the Grand Prize Winners (except for ATOM Phone Bill), who are not attend personally to ATOM Head Office within (15) days from the specified time proposed by ATOM or winners are not provided with the required documents within (5) days from the date of the ATOM’s proposed time.
In case of the appointment of the authorized representative to collect the  Prize on behalf of the actual winner, the respective winner shall provide required information and documents requested by ATOM within (5) days, if not so provided such required information and documents within timeline, ATOM may reject offering the Prize Winner. Similarly, in case of authorized representatives who do not attend or reply to collect the Prize on the proposed date, ATOM may also reject the relevant Prize. 
In the event of the rejection of the prize in line with the terms and conditions under this Special Promotion Campaign, ATOM shall not have any responsibility at all for any loss of the actual winner. ATOM may reject the offer of the Prize, in the event that the person who is not the authorized person appointed by the actual winner at the time of collecting the Prize.
 17)     ATOM reserves the right to reject all Prizes winners who are not provide in time, the necessary documents and information requested by ATOM. 
18)     A person can only win once during the Special Promotion Period. Any prize winner who has already been selected will be excluded from subsequent draws under this Special Promotion Campaign.
19)     Participation in this Special Promotion Campaign means that the winners agree to allow ATOM to record their voice in full or in part, and to share the last three digits of their mobile number and photo on social media or other media outlets. The winners must grant permission to ATOM for the broadcast and release of these materials. Winners are not enjoying additional allowance for the purpose of this clause, except for the respective prizes.
20)     These terms and conditions are available in both Burmese Language and English Language. In case of any discrepancies between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.
21)     ATOM shall not be held responsible for any delays, omissions, miscalculations, technical malfunctions, software or hardware failures, breakdowns, losses, errors, internet connectivity issues, undelivered or incorrectly sent communications, or any other circumstances beyond its control that may affect the   winners or result in any losses or damage related to this Special Promotion Campaign.  ATOM will not be held liable for any such losses.
22)     The winners under this Special Promotion Campaign are not allowed to express any statement or writing that may deteriorate ATOM’s brand, mark, trademark and reputation.
23)     In the event of any dispute or any matter which is not mentioned related to this Special Promotion Campaign, ATOM’s decision will be final and binding.  ATOM reserves the right to reject or terminate the participation of any user who does not comply with these terms and conditions at any time during the Promotional Period.  ATOM’s decisions are final and conclusive in all aspects of this Special Promotion Campaign, and participants must accept these decisions without objection.
 24)     In the event of any disputes or conflicts relating to the relevant prizes, after ATOM has already been awarded to respective winners for any prizes under this Special Promotion Campaign, ATOM shall not have any responsibility absolutely.
 25)     ATOM has the right to amend, add, cancel or substitute on any terms and conditions of the Special Promotion Campaign at any time, as required.
