Terms & Conditions of ATOM “Good Luck Flows, Good Fortune Grows — 600 Million Shows” in Special Promotion Campaign

This ATOM Special Promotion Campaign is allowed for ATOM Commercial Prepaid Customers (Prepaid SIM Card) or ATOM Mobile Prepaid Customers and ATOM Broadband Customers only.
ATOM Broadband customers who have registered with ATOM mobile numbers are eligible to participate in ATOM Special Promotion Campaign (“Customer”). Customers registered using mobile numbers from other operators are not eligible for this Special Promotion Campaign. Only the ATOM mobile number registered through the official ATOM website or ATOM Power app will be recognized as the valid owner of the associated Broadband services. In case of any dispute regarding user identity, the information under registered ATOM Mobile number will be deemed final.
The ATOM SIM Card shall be duly registered under the applicable law of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. ATOM shall have the power to ask and make actual ownership or possession verification process of ATOM SIM Card of Winners. Only the satisfaction of the verification process of ATOM, ATOM can offer the Grand Prizes and Weeky Prizes or any Prizes under this Special Promotion Campaign to Winners. If such verification process is not satisfied, ATOM reserves the right to reject the Monthly Grand Prizes and Weeky Prizes of Winners or any Prizes under this Special Promotion Campaign.
In this Special Promotion Campaign, Employees of ATOM, its Agents, Sales Agents who use sales ATOM application and their immediate family members are not permitted to participate. ATOM shall have the sole discretionary power to determine the eligibility of any participants in this Campaign, during any stage of the Campaign.
For ATOM Commercial Prepaid Customers or ATOM Mobile Prepaid Customers to participate in this Promotion Campaign, it is required to purchase any ATOM package priced at 999 MMK or above using your preferred method or channels, either through your phone balance or ATOM Kyo Thone balance.
During this Special Promotion Period, Prepaid Customers are required to buy 999 Kyats and above packages from any pack subscription channels (ATOM Store App, USSD, Eload & POS Store, Kwat Ti Po Ya *1#, IVR, SMS, ATOM Website, iPCN, iBCN) within the Promotion Period to be eligible for this ATOM “Good Luck Flows, Good Fortune Grows — 600 Million Shows” Promotion Campaign’s Grand Prizes and weekly Prizes or any Prizes under this Special Promotion Campaign. This Special Promotion Campaign Period shall start from 1st -July-2025 to 31st- December-2025. The promotion period organized by ATOM can be extended at any time.
Eligibility for Broadband customers in this Special Promotion Campaign, Customers must purchase any Broadband product with a minimum transaction value of 9,999 Kyats and complete payment through any available channel. For new FTTH customers, eligibility is confirmed upon completion of the installation of ATOM Broadband product. For every purchase of an ATOM Broadband package price of 9,999 Kyats and above, Customers will receive ten lucky draw tickets.

Similarly, for every purchase of an ATOM package priced at 999 Kyats and above, you will receive one lucky draw ticket. The details of the number of tickets you can earn are as follows:

For this Special Promotion Campaign, the prizes for the winners are: Grand Prizes: Monthly Cash Prize of 100 million Kyats for lucky winners during the special promotion campaign period (Note: One winner will be selected every month as the Monthly Reward) total 6 Winners.
Weekly Prizes: A total of 5 lucky winners will receive an ATOM Phone Bill worth 100,000 Kyats. (Note: Apart from the Monthly Prize of 100 million Kyats in cash, ATOM will not allow any other non-cash prizes to be exchanged for cash or other goods.) Winners of lucky draws based on ATOM top-ups and any entitled lucky draw prizes winning will be responsible for any commercial taxes or other taxes required by applicable law. ATOM shall not be liable to pay all kinds of applicable taxes relating to this Special Promotion Campaign, on behalf of the winners.
The ATOM phone bill amounts equivalent to a value of 100,000 Kyats awarded to the winners will expire 365 days from the initial top-up date.
For ATOM Commercial Prepaid Customers or ATOM Mobile Prepaid Customers in this Special Promotion Campaign, Top-ups and purchases of packages priced below 999 Kyats will not be eligible for the lucky draw program. For Broadband customers in this Special Promotion Campaign, Customers who purchase any Broadband product with below transaction value of 9,999 Kyats will not be eligible for this program. All other benefits or bonuses and purchases are not eligible for this Special Promotion Campaign. Special promotions related to Atom Star (Lucky Monday, Winning Wednesday, Flexi Friday and Lucky9s Topup promotions) are exclusive Atom Star bonus points and will not be eligible for the extra (2X) Star points offered under this special promotion.
During the Special Promotion Period, ATOM will randomly select (5) weekly winners each week and (1) monthly Grand Prize winner for each month. Winners will be contacted by ATOM via the Call Center phone number 09-750097500 either during or after the Special Promotion Campaign Period.
ATOM will attempt to contact the weekly winners or monthly Grand Prize winners or any winners under this Special Promotion Campaign up to three times. If the relevant phone calls are not answered, ATOM reserves the right to select alternative winners.
ATOM will announce the time and date of the Grand Prize winners selection in advance. Grand Prize winners will be randomly selected by monthly from eligible participants during the Special Promotion Campaign period, and the selection process will be conducted transparently through a live session on the ATOM Facebook Page. Winners will be contacted by ATOM Call Center via the phone number 09-750097500 during or after the live lucky draw session. If a winner fails to answer the call after three (3) attempts for any kind of prize, ATOM reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Winners under this Special Promotion Campaign must agree to provide the required documents and information such as their name, national registration number, and residential address to ATOM in order to claim their prizes. If the winner is under 18 years old, they must come with their legal guardian (or a parent listed on the family registry) to collect the prize. Winners of Monthly Grand Prize (except to ATOM Phone Bill) must attend to collect their prizes personally at the ATOM’ Head Office. ATOM reserves the right to reject the Monthly Grand Prize Winners (except for ATOM Phone Bill), who are not attend personally to ATOM Head Office within (15) days from the specified time proposed by ATOM.
ATOM reserves the right to reject all Prizes winners who are not provide in time, the necessary documents and information requested by ATOM.
A person can only win once during the Special Promotion Period. Any prize winner who has already been selected will be excluded from subsequent draws under this Special Promotion Campaign.
Winners of the ATOM Phone Bill worth 100,000 Kyats will not be able to transfer or credit these prizes to any other ATOM phone number.
Participation in this Special Promotion Campaign means that the winners agree to allow ATOM to record their voice in full or in part, and to share the last three digits of their mobile number and photo on social media or other media outlets. The winners must grant permission to ATOM for the broadcast and release of these materials. Winners are not enjoying additional allowance for the purpose of this clause, except for the respective prizes.
These terms and conditions are available in both Burmese Language and English Language. In case of any discrepancies between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.
ATOM shall not be held responsible for any delays, omissions, miscalculations, technical malfunctions, software or hardware failures, breakdowns, losses, errors, internet connectivity issues, undelivered or incorrectly sent communications, or any other circumstances beyond its control that may affect the winners or result in any losses or damage related to this Special Promotion Campaign. ATOM will not be held liable for any such losses.
The winners under this Special Promotion Campaign are not allowed to express any statement or writing that may deteriorate ATOM’s brand, mark, trademark and reputation.
In the event of any dispute or any matter which is not mentioned related to this Special Promotion Campaign, ATOM’s decision will be final and binding. ATOM reserves the right to reject or terminate the participation of any user who does not comply with these terms and conditions at any time during the Promotional Period. ATOM’s decisions are final and conclusive in all aspects of this Special Promotion Campaign, and participants must accept these decisions without objection.
