Terms and Conditions

  • The price of these new SIM includes the SIM tax amount of 20,000 Ks.
  • The SIMs must be registered with the owner's name and valid NRC before usage.
  • The data benefit provided with these new SIM is intended for local use only. For Roaming, the customer can purchase respective internet package or can be used with Pay-As-You-Go rate from main balance.
  • The call benefits associated with these new SIM can be used to call any local operator.
  • Calls to international numbers or premium services may be charged from another relevant balances.
  • After the welcome benefit and other bonuses are used up, the customer can purchase another package via *979*2# or the ATOM store app https://bit.ly/ATOMStoreApp.
  • The customer can also use with the pay-as-you-go rate, which will be as follow:
    • Voice Call to any operator’s Number   = 36 Ks/ Mins
    • SMS to Any operator’s Number    = 25 Ks/ SMS
    • Local Data  = 15 Ks/ MB
  • Due to the commercial tax amendment, all internet data usage has applied 15% tax effective from 22nd Jan 2022 onwards. The tax of Voice, SMS and Service Fees are at 5%.
  • To prevent the SIM from being barred, the customer must recharge at least once within 60 days of activation.
  • Please be informed that after 90 days without a recharge, the SIM will permanently lose its validity, and reactivation or applying for a new SIM will not be possible.
  • Users has chances to  receive additional bonus ATOM Star Points upon top-up based on the type of these new SIM.
  • These additional bonus ATOM Star points will expire at the end of the calendar month in which they were received. Unused bonus points will not carry over to the next month.
  • After activation, these new SIMs are capable of being transitioned to eSIM, subject to handset support.
