Cyclone Mocha

ATOM provided essential items and construction materials to affected communities on 17 August 2023. Through a collaboration with We Love Rakhine, ATOM supported 250 households with food supplies and materials for rebuilding their homes.

Each household received food items such as rice and lentils, as well as 30 water purification tablets for clean drinking water.

In addition, each household received 30 Aluzinc 0.42 mm steel roofing sheets, a 24 x 24-foot tarpaulin sheet, iron nails, and iron rope to help construct new homes. ATOM also offered 50 minutes of free voice calls and 50 free SMS to its customers in Rakhine State, helping them stay connected with loved ones and seek assistance when needed. The total value of the donated items exceeds MMK 242 million.
