• This Lucky Draw Campaign is eligible for customers who buy KBZMS Personal Accident Insurance and KBZMS Travel Insurance through ATOM Store App.
• These offers are available only during the campaign period from 1st September 2026 to 31st October 2026.
• Every customer who buys KBZMS Personal Accident Insurance (or) KBZMS Travel Insurance will have a chance to enter the lucky draw to win a Personal Accident Insurance policy with a Sum Insured of MMK 10,000,000 for a 6-months duration of (15) customers.
• In this Campaign, Employees, its agents, and their immediate family members of ATOM Myanmar Limited (“ATOM Myanmar”) and KBZMS are not eligible to participate in the lucky draw for a chance to win a Prize. ATOM Myanmar and KBZMS shall have the power to determine the eligibility of any participants in this Campaign, during any stage of the Campaign. 
• The (15) lucky draw winners will be announced within 2nd week of November 2026. 
• ATOM Myanmar and KBZMS will randomly select the winners at the end of the campaign. KBZMS Call Center will contact the selected winners up to three (3) times in a single day after the campaign period.  If the relevant phone calls are not answered, pick up or in the event of pick up or answering the phone call, the winner is not answered or refuses to answer the relevant questions on confirmation of winners., ATOM Myanmar and KBZMS reserves the right to re-select another winner.
• The winners from the initial draw will not be eligible for participation in subsequent draws.
• This promotion is eligible for ATOM prepaid customers only through ATOM Store App. 
• ATOM Myanmar and KBZMS also assume no responsibility for any loss or damage or expenses arising in connection with this Promotion, howsoever arising, including without limitation, from any late or non-notification, any error in computing, technical hardware or software breakdown, malfunctions or defects, failed, delayed or incorrect transactions, or lost or unavailable network connections, or any notice that is lost or misdirected and any situation which is beyond the control of ATOM Myanmar and KBZMS, which may affect any Winner’s eligibility for the Promotion. 
• The Prize shall be awarded randomly. ATOM Myanmar and KBZMS shall not offer or exchange of any properties/ any cash alternative, including pecuniary, instead of the Prize.
• The winners are not allowed any statement or writing that may damage the brand, trademark and reputation of ATOM Myanmar and KBZMS.
• ATOM Myanmar shall not have an access right to your personal information and documentation requested for this KBZMS Personal Accident Insurance and KBZMS Travel Insurance application process. KBZMS is the sole entity that collects and knows your personal information for the application process.
• ATOM shall not be responsible for any personal information provided by the own consent of the applicant to KBZMS.
• By participating in this campaign, the winner or its appointed representatives shall allow and grant ATOM Myanmar and KBZMS the right to upload and broadcast any part or whole of the winner or its appointed representative’s voice, video recording, photo, and the last three digits of the winner’s mobile number on social media and/or any other media platforms.
• To redeem the campaign offer, ATOM users need to have the latest ATOM Store App.  
• In the event of any dispute regarding this promotion, the decision of ATOM Myanmar and KBZMS shall be final and conclusive. ATOM Myanmar and KBZMS reserves the right to deny or suspend the prize at its full discretion if deemed necessary.
• In the event of inconsistencies or discrepancy between the English and Myanmar version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
